Error:

It is a project of analyzing “weibo”.  I built it using spring framework, of course, it is a java web framework. When I compiled the whole project, I found my tomcat server can’t be started up. So I Google it, and found that the problem is the project’s configuration file ( web.xml ) meets some faults. Then I checked out the console, the error output contained a sentence :

“IOException parsing XML document from class path resource [springmvc.xml]; “  

So this is the reason which caused the problem. Then I found  “springmvc.xml” should  be added a folder name “spring” in front., this is because I put the file in the “spring” folder. So I have learned a lesson from this that details determine success or failure.
