1. 项目介绍

   建立FTP文件服务器与应用程序分开(猜测提高IIS性能) .

   下面方法中的参数为Stream因为使用的是fineUI,已经将流上传,如果是其他控件,后面有FileStream,Bitmap,byte[]之间的参考资料.
