使用jstl标签库时，出现如下问题，解决办法

1、是否在web工程中WEB-INF/lib文件中引入jstl.jar和standard.jar包

2、引入jar包之后，仍然提示上述错误，可能是jar包与tomcat版本冲突问题，需要引入与tomcat版本对应的jar包，一般在apache-tomcat-7.0.47\webapps\examples\WEB-INF\lib这个目录中。
