After install Data import/export framework (DIXF, DMF) on AX 2012 R2 and above, we should make sure two following things ready

1. The "Microsoft Dynamics Ax Data Import Export Framework Service Users" group exist under Local Users and Groups > Groups.
   

2. "AOS user" should added to that user group.

Then we can call the DIXF service successfully.

BTW, after adding the user to the group, restart of Computer is required.
