190. Reverse Bits
Reverse bits of a given 32 bits unsigned integer.
For example, given input 43261596 (represented in binary as 00000010100101000001111010011100), return 964176192 (represented in binary as 00111001011110000010100101000000).

Solution1:
刚开始没什么想法,看similar problem是1bit那道,大概有个了个思路。从least significant判断是不是1,每读一次,向右移一位,然后用一个0buffer xor(加上)这个least signifciant的值。
